Expertise in evaluation of insecticides in rice, Screening of rice germplasm against insect pets and beekeeping.

Involved in development of high yielding varieaties like JCS 9426 (Hima) in sesame and MTU 1121, MTU 1156, MTU 1140, MTU 1155, MTU 1190, MTU 1223, MTU 1239, MTU 1224, MTU 1210 , MTU 1262 and MTU 1318.
Reported a bio control agent on BPH i.e.Fusariuim pallidoroseum, on stem borer i.e.Mucor himealis.
Reported white fly Bemisia Takahashi formosana on rice.
Reported dark headed stemborer in rice and their parasitoids.
Evaluated insecticides like dinotefuran, triflumezopyrim, chlorantraniliprole and benzpyrimoxam against insect pests of rice.
Studied compatible studies on insecticides and fungicides Developed multipurpose rolling stem applicator for management of sucking pests of cotton.
