Notable contributions :
More than 25 years of experience in Teaching U.G and P.G Courses.
Guided 6 Ph. D and 17 M.Sc. (Ag.) students as Chairperson and many students as Member of Advisory committee.
Conducted research on dry farming techniques, irrigation and weed management and nutrient management practices.
Instrumental in development of infrastructural facilities at Agricultural College, Naira.
Established Agricultural College, Naira as a potential seed production centre for Rice and Mesta.
Effectively managed College Farm singlehandedly for a period of five years at Agricultural College, Naira as founder Farm Superintendent.
As Associate Dean, Agricultural College, Mahanandi instrumental in granting of Accreditation for five years from 2021- 2026 for B.Sc. (Hons.) programme and for the first time for P.G. programme in the Department of Agronomy.
Efforts were made for establishment of Tissue culture laboratory and Insect museum at S.V. Agricultural College, Tirupati.
At S.V. Agricultural College, Tirupati as Associate Dean the facilities were improved in both boys and girls hostels.

Member, Board of P.G. studies, PAJANCOA, Karaikal for three years.
Instrumental in establishment of Agricultural Polytechnic and Polytechnic of Agricultural Engineering at Kalikiri as
founder Principal.
As Head of the Department of Agronomy, S.V. Agricultural College, Tirupati for three years developed P.G. laboratory facilities.
Two and half years as Associate Dean, Agricultural College, Mahanandi contributed for improvement of infrastructural
facilities including construction of bridge over Paleru vagu in the college farm.
As Associate Dean, S. V. Agricultural College, Tirupati efforts were made for providing micro irrigation facilities for
seed production plots in the College Farm.
