Established UG lab in the department of Agronomy and Agro- Meteorological observatory in newly established SMGR Agricultural College, Udayagiri.

Acted as member in Technical resource group of ADAPT4 R a regional initiative by world food programme in collaboration with governments of India and Srilanka a five year project titled “Strengthening Resilience of Vulnerable communities to the increased impacts of climate change” (ADAPT4 R)
Involved in monitoring and inspection of different and affiliated colleges.
Attended confidential work for APPSC and acted as resource person (Forestry) in paper setting
Life member of the professional bodies viz., Indian society of Agronomy and Managing board member in Andhra Pradesh Journal of Agricultural Sciences.
Acted as Treasurer (2012-2016) for the society of Agronomists, ANGRAU.
